15.12.13 – Oscar the Cocker cross Bassett Hound rehomed to Roy Craven in Manchester

18.12.13 – Trixie the Jack Russell rehomed to Brenda Shanks in Sunderland

20.12.13 – Merlin (now Mercury) rehomed to Claire Martin in Birmingham where he will be joining her existing Lurchers taking part in lure coursing (with a scented rag) and cani coursing (cross country running)

25.12.13 – We interrupted Xmas lunch preparations to go out to a family living locally who had found a stray dog.  We scanned him for a microchip but unfortunately, he hadn’t been done, however we noticed he was on our facebook page as being missing for the last few days.  His name was Shep and we reunited him with his grateful owner in New Lodge.  A lovely outcome on Christmas day.

30.12.13 – Zeke the Staffy cross rehomed to the Bedford family in Staincross.  He had been with them on trial over Christmas and has proved to be their ideal dog
